Let the Breath breathe

Pranayama course with Parveen Nair
This is a practice that begins with checking the weather of the body and gradually moving into sensing the rhythm of the breath, without changing anything in the environment of body or breath, but rather being available to how I feel and am at that very moment inside this environment of body, breath and mind.
This short practice can be taken at the beginning or at the end of a yoga session.
