Let the Breath breathe

Day 1
This short practice can be taken at the beginning or at the end of a yoga session.
Day 2
Sensing the flat bone (sternum) and its innate movements in relation to the breath, without changing much of what you experience or rather accepting the breath from moment to moment.
Day 3
Let the Breath narrate its story.

Perceiving the segmented lobs of the lungs on the Right and the Left side of the body, with and without the palms.

Exploration of Brahmari pranayama from the Pranava mantra Om into the humming and cellular breathing

From a isolated area into a wider space of breath where we may allow and trust the breath to take over
Day 7
An exploration intended to feel the rhythm of the breath in the abdominal cavity.
Day 8
Pulsating the diaphragm using the fingers and movement from a seated position, to release the liver downwards and freeing the xiphiod process as we breath in.
Day 9
Pulsating the diaphragm to release the liver downwards and freeing the xiphiod process as we breath in

Becoming and being aware of the breath patterns without adding any information
