Welcome to Yoga Sadhana FAQs. We appreciate your interest in our yoga teacher training and we know you have questions.  Yoga Sadhana is a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, and all our programmes are Yoga Alliance approved, and we have been offering yoga teacher training in India, Malaysia, Thailand and Greece since 2017.

Are you a Yoga Alliance Registered School?

Yes, Yoga Sadhana is a Yoga Alliance Registered School in good standing since 2017.

How do I register?

Select your preferred Yoga Teacher Training Courses, choose your payment option, and submit your tuition payment. Once you have submitted payment you are registered for the course. You only need to pay initial booking fees of USD 100.

What are the durations of Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Retreat courses?

  1. 200 hours for 24 days
  2. 300 hours for 28 days

If I don’t want to teach, Can I still register Yoga Teacher Training Course?

Absolutely! We created this content with both teachers and practitioners in mind. As long as you are looking to deepen your practice and have interest in learning the yogic tradition.

Do I need a VISA to attend Yoga Teacher Training

Yes, you will need a VISA to visit India; you can check your VISA status through this link: indianvisaonline.gov.in.

Does school arrange airport transfers/ transfers?

Yes. Airport transfer from Delhi and Dehradun is available. We also arrange transfers from railway/ bus stations nearby Rishikesh on request. Please note that the transfer is at additional price. We request to put your request well in advance to avoid any last minute hassles.

Will I get the opportunity to teach during the course?

Yes, in our final week of the training comprises of full time practicums.  The practicums are designed to practice and demonstrate your teaching style. By the end of the course, trainees have experience of a number of hours of group teaching with a corresponding increase in your self-confidence, facilitated by the trainers and constructive feedback sessions will be given at the end of the teaching practice.

What is included in the price?

All vegetarian meals (except Sundays), afternoon tea, TTC Manual, accommodation, 2 local excursions, and of course upon satisfactory completion, a Yoga Alliance YTT certificate.

I have special dietary requirements, what can you do?

The meals we serve are pure vegetarian and very healthy nutritious for a yoga practitioner. We do have vegan options for all our participants and also gluten-free options on request.

Will I have free time?

Yes, you will have a full day free on Sundays. There are also breaks built in for meals and between classes. We have also programmed two excursions for you on your day-off ( 2 Sundays) to some local sightseeing

What is the registration / booking process?

It’s simple! Please pay a US$100 deposit to initiate your registration. We hope you understand that this deposit will be Non-refundable. Upon initial registration, Full payment is due at the time of arrival. The advance fee is non-refundable and non- transferable, but it is extendable (valid for 12 months). Are the any additional taxes or fees we must pay?

There are no additional taxes or fees. The fee stated on this website includes all lodging, meals, training sessions and materials.
