200-Hour International Yoga Teachers Training Course (TTC)

Yoga Sadhana is a registered Yoga Alliance School (RYS 200). Our 200-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) covers the basic and progressive study of asana, pranayama, basic human anatomy & physiology, yoga philosophy and teaching methodology. Trainees will also learn on classroom management, sequencing and adjustment during the course. This programme will develop a stable and confident self-practice for the trainees. This course is open to practitioners of Yoga Sadhana who have a matured and regular practice in this tradition; thus it is necessary to have studied the system for at least one year including inversion practices. The Course takes 12 months to complete if you enroll the Teacher Training Course in Malaysia, or 4 weeks if you enroll the intensive study with us overseas. Students who excel in the TTC assessment will be given priority to teach at Yoga Sadhana.

300-Hour International Yoga Teachers Training Course (TTC)

Yoga Sadhana is a registered Yoga Alliance School (RYS 300). Our 300-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) covers the intermediate level and progressive study of asana, pranayama, functional anatomy, Yoga and Advaita Vedanta philosophy. In this Course, the focus is more on the teaching skills for the intermediate level, more advanced and functional method on sequencing a class. Thus, one must have completed the 200-hour Teachers Training Course before enrolling in the 300-hour. The course takes 12 months to complete if you enroll the course in Malaysia, or 5 weeks if you enrol the intensive studies with us overseas. Students who excel in the TTC assessment will be given priority to teach at Yoga Sadhana.
